Born in the heart of Midtown of Houston, Texas, Saigon House has been serving Viet-Cajun eats since 2017. Chef Tony and Mama Loann are the backbone and heart of the shop as they cook and share their dishes with their H-Town community. Some of the fan-favorites are our Viet-Cajun crawfish drenched in garlic butter goodness (Bang Sauce), and Viet-Tex pho (Texas oak-smoked brisket in oxtail pho broth), and slab fried rice with assorted toppings and Bang Sauce.
The team closed the Midtown location and restarted on FM 1960. With much love and dedication, Chef Tony and Mama Loann continue to gain recognition with Food Network, Eater, Houston Chronicle, Thrillist, Houston Press, Houstonia, Texas Highways, 365 Houston, ABC 13, and Community Impact Newspaper. As a 2-time champion at OCA’s Big Bao Battle and 8th Wonder Great Taco Challenge, Saigon House will continue its legacy and competition in the future. Stay tuned on our social media for more updates!
